Shipping and Returns
We believe in our coffee and want all our clients to be satisfied with their purchase. Each return is handled on a case-by-case basis with customer satisfaction being our foremost concern.
We do not accept returns on coffee because it is unfortunately a perishable item. That said, if you’re in any way shape or form dissatisfied with the product that you received we would be very grateful if you could let us know. If you notify us 30 days after your order we'll send through a replacement item at no additional charge to you.
Expected Delivery Times
We roast to order on Saturdays and Sundays so all coffee is shipped out on Monday each week.
Quebec: Coffee will be delivered 1-2 business days after it's shipped on Monday.
Ontario: Quebec: Coffee will be delivered 2-3 business days after it's shipped on Monday.
Rest of Canada: Coffee will be delivered 3-4 business days after it's shipped on Monday.
Hey, we get it, sometimes not being able to order in person leads to some unfortunate misunderstandings. If you encountered any issues throughout the order process (like entering the wrong address) we'll be happy send you a replacement product right away. We only ask that you cover the shipping cost of the replacement product.
Missing or Damaged Items
Ok, here's what to do if any of your orders arrive with missing or damaged products:
Contact us at email@example.com as soon as you notice your shipment is missing. We’ll have a replacement on its way to you in no time.
For damaged shipments, let us know within 7 days. We will gladly send a replacement.
If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box.
